BenchSentry Inc. (“BenchSentry”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) built the BenchSentry app as a Free app. This BenchSentry app is provided by BenchSentry at no cost and is intended for use as is. The BenchSentry app is intended to be used with our “Bench”, a purchased product, and collectively referred to as our “Service”. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to name, phone number, address, tracking code details and delivery statistics, photos and video clips of Bench activity. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
If you request help from our support team, you may be asked for personal information such as name, email address, product name, firmware version and other information related to your Service, to help us identify technical issues and how best to resolve.
You may provide us with your name, email, address and other information related to our product such as model name, serial number and proof of purchase. This is required to be eligible for Warranty Services. Return or repair of the product may be available under the terms of the Warranty.
The Service does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Trouble ticket, product registration, and all account data can be deleted by submitting a ticket through the help desk or by emailing us at Info@BenchSentry.com

When you create an account with our Service, we will maintain your account, tracking and delivery information, including photos and videos captured during Bench access. All data will be stored for our product performance assessment unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

The Service is hosted in the United States. If you choose to use the Service from the European Union or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from the United States law, then please note that you are transferring your personal information outside of those regions to the United States for storage and processing. Also, we may transfer your data from the United States to other countries or regions in connection with storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and operating the Service.
