RETURNS
Products purchased from BenchSentry may be returned within 30 days of the item purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and confirmed through the process described below that the product was originally purchased through BenchSentry and is still eligible for return.
To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please follow the following 3-step process:
1. Please email us at orders@benchsentry.com to let us know you’d like to return a product. Please include your name, your order number, and the item you are returning in the email.
2. BenchSentry will email you a prepaid return label to attach to the package to be returned. The return shipping cost will be deducted from any refund you are issued. BenchSentry will provide you with the return address.
3. Returned items must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
Upon receipt of the returned product, BenchSentry will inspect the returned product and determine, in its sole discretion, whether the product is in its original condition. Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error may receive a partial refund or the return may be rejected.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (less the cost of return shipping) or original method of payment.
Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to an additional 10 business days after your credit is applied by BenchSentry for it to be available as credit and for it appear on your credit card account statement. If you have confirmed with your credit card company that a refund has not been received after the appropriate time has passed, please contact us at orders@benchsentry.com.
EXCHANGES
If a BenchSentry product is damaged or defective, you may return it provided such request for return or exchange is made within 30 days from the date of delivery. The product must be delivered in its damaged or defective state to be eligible for an exchange or refund if not in its original condition. Please let us know immediately if something in your order is damaged or defective by emailing orders@benchsentry.com with your name, your order number, information about the issue with the product, a photograph (if relevant), and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange. If BenchSentry sends you a replacement product pursuant to an exchange, delivery times may vary depending on geographic location.
